We never sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

4.3 When We Share Information

8. Data Retention

8.1 How Long We Keep Data

Active listings: Retained for the duration of your campaign plus 90 days

Expired listings: Archived indefinitely (publicly visible information only)

Account information: Retained until you request deletion

Payment records: Retained for 7 years (legal/tax requirements)

Support communications: Retained for 2 years

Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months

9. International Data Transfers

9.1 Where We Store Data

Our servers are located in [specify: US/Canada/both]. If you’re accessing from outside North America, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or the United States.

9.2 EU/UK Users

If you’re in the EU or UK, please note:
